I’m not a morning person. At home I am constantly running around, grabbing things I need for school and dashing out of the house so I’m not late. Here I’ve been waking up at 4:30ish due to the time change and I love it. I wake up cozy in my sleeping bag looking out the window as the sun starts to turn the mountain tops orange. I go out into the crisp, thin air and read as the air slowly warms. Today I went on a walk down the village roads with Danny and there is something about dawn that encourages reflection. There were cows wandering the street (Sophie you would love it) and Dawa the dog followed us, splashing in the stream. I hope that I start to sleep longer but I’m enjoying being a morning person.
